How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 72 hours, while custom order may take up 30 days. Shipping time depends on the shipping company.

We want to ensure you to have a confident and comfortable shopping experience at Daniella. Within 7 days from the date of delivery, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition and package as long as you contact us within the time frame.

Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without contacting us and authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resided or altered in anyway.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or Exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Items that were worn or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
4. Special order items such as those with custom sizes, colors, and/or material are not refundable. Daniella will charge 40% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.

Repair
1. For Jewelry product which needs repair, we provide 6 month free repaire of side stones and main stones (with the orgional stone). 
2. If the product needs to be shipped to the menufacturor to be repaired, there would be some shipping costs upon discussion with Daniella's Jewelry sales representative.

Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit if requested.

Daniella Jewelleries will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances. (The customer must contact contact Daniella within 48 hours of receiving the order).
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective.
